1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of ReDeskAI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

ReDeskAI provides AI assistants that you embed on your own website to answer questions from prospective renters, capture enquiries, and score how likely they are to convert. The service includes the dashboard, the embeddable chat widget and the API.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Trial, plans and payment

Free trial. New accounts get one 14-day free trial. No payment method is required. The trial includes 500 AI responses in total, not per month; if they run out first, your assistant stops answering until you choose a paid plan. When the trial ends, your assistant stops answering visitors and the dashboard is limited to Billing until you choose a paid plan. Nothing is charged unless you do. Your data is kept, and handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Prices and currency. All prices are in CAD and exclude any taxes that may apply.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. Access to paid features may be suspended if it remains unpaid.
Price changes. We may change prices, but existing subscribers keep their current price until we give at least 30 days' notice before a renewal.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes monthly allowances — AI responses, leads, buildings, assistants and team seats. These are enforced, and reaching one stops the corresponding action until the allowance resets or you upgrade. Allowances reset each billing period and do not carry over.

6. Your content and your visitors' data

You keep ownership of everything you upload — documents, FAQs, property details and assistant configuration. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process it in order to run the service for you.

You are responsible for the personal data your assistant collects from visitors. You are the data controller for it and we process it on your instructions. You must have a lawful basis for collecting it, tell visitors what you do with it in your own privacy notice, and answer their requests to access or delete it. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle it on your behalf.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

Break any applicable law, or use the service to discriminate unlawfully against renters.
Upload content you have no right to use, or anything unlawful or malicious.
Send unsolicited marketing through the service.
Impersonate ReDeskAI or anyone else, or present the assistant as a human being.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell the service without our agreement, or use it to build a competing product.
Probe, scrape or overload the service, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

8. AI-generated content

Assistant replies are produced by AI models from the material you supply. They can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. We do not warrant that any answer is accurate, and you are responsible for what your assistant tells your visitors — including reviewing its configuration and knowledge base, and making clear to visitors that they are talking to an AI. Do not use the service where an incorrect answer would cause harm without a human checking it first.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; where a change is significant and adverse we will give reasonable notice. The service depends on third-party AI providers whose availability we do not control.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to terminate, or whose payment remains unpaid — with notice where practical. After termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, so export anything you want to keep beforehand.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify account holders and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
